France is 99.5%; Australia, Canada, Japan, Italy, Denmark and others are 100%.
In the US, about 1/5 of the population lack any health insurance. Those who do have it often find it's a pretty messed up system, with high copays, high monthly premiums, and then pre-existing conditions disqualify folks for stuff, etc.
