Driving isn't a civil liberty but movement free from database recorded tracking may be.
I'm confident that the "erosion" Jordan's referring to is caused by the use of the technologies -- such as license plate recognition -- which are a key component of congestion pricing plans.
And while I'm in favor of congestion control initiatives, I'm mindful of the trouble the misuse of this tracking tech has brought and will continue to bring.
