Is there any well written article, website, etc., that
compares/contrasts how health care was managed, and
what its outcomes were, in the USSR up 'til the late
1980s, versus how the Russian Federation's system is
structured and what its outcomes are now?

Please, no article or two about the state of Soviet
health care in the 1930s. I saw those two web pages.
Looking for a broader view.
