The FOX anchorman says the mom has "one minute" to make her point but interrupts her and basically gives her, like 10 seconds.
Also, Boris Kagarlitsky has been wrong on this, as he has been before on other things, much to my disappointment. I found a column of his from about 2 weeks before the war started [http://www.tni.org/detail_page.phtml?act_id=18509] that expressed disbelief that Georgia and Russia would ever militarily confront each other. Oops!
