A fast read of the CAIR site shows in addition to the link to the court opinion a statement that the Bu***t administration thinks its own Clean skies initiative is preferable. :-(
How much of the implementaion of this rule can crumble before there is a new president? Seems like Shrub is staging an end-of-regime slashfest trying to cram in as many of its pet initiatives as possible in the waning months of its term.
