You'll see that I and HRW agree - WHY? - because I READ the HRW thing before I wrote what I wrote.
How do you explain the blown up Georgian armor all over Tskhinvali? The Russian weapons may be good but you don't thing they're magic, do you? What do you think a munition big enough to blow up a tank does to the buildings nearby?
