Pollan came across like someone railing against gluttony and the thunderclaps just amplified the theological effect. Unfortunately, this made me think I was just in for more bloviating and blaming the consumer and moralistic leftoid scholding, not insightful analysis that would make it easier to get greens and whole grains as a matter of course. Sigh.
