An atrocity like this doesn't surprise me from the ACLU. Still, I feel on balance they are a constructive organization. My biggest gripe is their fund raising tactics--I currently receive and minimum of two and a maximum of four Telefund calls as day and they can come on any day at any time as late as 11pm Eastern.
