MOSCOW, Feb. 6 (Xinhua) -- Moscow is concerned about Tehran's tests of a Kavosghar-1 (Explorer-1) rocket, launched into space on Monday, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Losyukov said on Wednesday.
