Last week there was a brouhaha in the media about Dominican baseball stars (like Pedro Martinez) breeding and entering roosters for Cock- Fights in the Dominican Republic. Humanitarians like PETA treated it as if Pedro were taking steroids or torturing dogs. Which calls for your line of argument:
"Would you rather be born in the Dominican Republic as a male chick to a hen specialised in breeding fighting roosters, or to a randomly selected bood-hen in the North American poultry industry?" The same argument applies just as well to bullfighting, of course.
