That they are disdvantaged not because they are black, but because they are poor, while they are poor because their ancestors were black (and therefore poor). So, even postulating a society totally without racism, you will have an inordinate number of disadvantaged black people. Poor people are at a disadvantage; lots of black people are poor; therefore lots of black people are at a disadvantage.
