My tone was obnoxious, I apologize. But citing the federal minimum wage in a discussion about CA is pretty dumb. I'm not a lawyer, but the only exceptions to CA's minimum wage that I am aware of is for a training wage and that is short lived. This can be learned by going to the posters next to the time clock and any "in compliance" employer in CA.

But, no, I'm not taking your test.
