*Irvine (CA) – You expect to see all types of people from housewives to steel workers at a political rally, but how about a Troll or Night Elf? Well, some very dedicated Ron Paul for President supporters are taking their message online, specifically the mega-hit game World of Warcraft. The group has planned a virtual march from the Alliance city of Ironforge to Stormwind on New Year’s Day at 8:30 PM EST.*
To prevent any virtual political violence, the players will hold their march on what’s called a PvE server (player versus environment) - a type of server that generally allows combat by agreement. The group is certainly organized as it has already formed a guild called RP Revolution and a website. You can read the initial message board thread about the march here <http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=65608&highlight=world+of+warcraft&page=16>.
