That' s "like suggesting" that even though Bush's administration has violated the international law originating in the punishment of the fascists , that the real danger of fascism is not from the Bush administration.

That's like suggesting that since Bush has not officially suspended the Bill of Rights there is no anti-civil liberties issue in his administration.
