No. One of the other choices was "I'm apathetic" which got lots of 
votes. It's pretty clear that many of these people are politically 
engaged but are disgusted by the current political system.

I would think that the truly apathetic people would either not take the 
poll or wouldn't be visiting CNN.com in the first place.
