Surely, all of those McMansions were needed.

Well, they were - because they're likely to be turned into bed and breakfasts to house all of our visiting Chinese and Indian creditors in years to come.

That's quite a forecast.

Yes. But I think a lot of baby boomers who bought these big houses - who moved up rather than downsizing - will be renting out rooms to our creditors.
