Why do that? The figures you quote are message enough, so why open yourself up to criticism when it isn't necessary.
This is the type of thing that really angers me about polemic on the right - the creation of mythologies from limited fact - we on the left don't have to resort to such tactics.
I recall watching a slot on Fox a few months back - Is this the best economy ever? - a standard non-question inexpertely expressed. Every panelist agreed that it was the best ever.
Let them create mythologies that we on the left can burst. Don't join them.
