Mind is not independent of  Universe. Its questioning  is the questioning as
though by  by Univesre itself. Questioning is the process through which one
of the element of  Universe, Man,   expresses himself and and helps himself
and so the Universe to evolve. Universe is not a substitute for God. The
attributes for God are all selected and organised from the very Universe.
God has no existence out side of Universe. Like so many other concepts, God
is  a  mere concept, an attempt to systematise the eternal perplex called
Universe. The perplexity is of the Man, one of the many products of
Universe. Universe does not have any of its own perplexity. It is just a
phenomenon , as conceived by human Mind.
