The Argentine bombings have always bothered me because I haven't seen a good refutation. But this article by Gareth Porter in The Nation definately seems like it:

I'm also embarassed to admit I never realized that there was an organic connection between the Oslo agreement and stepping up the isolation of Iran, which speaks to motivation and timing. Lastly of course this is important not just for politico-geeks but for everyone since it's being resurrected once again as the one iron-clad proof that Iran supports international terrorism as opposed to supporting resistance to occupation groups.
