I will have to give Rupert's report(s) a watch. However, I can't but want to call him "Wingnut". He did two reports out of Kosovo about a month ago that were an insult to basic intelligence. Basically his storyline was the following - all of Kosovo's problems are to be blamed on the Russians. He barely touched on the Serbs or the Kosovars.

An important aside, if Kosovo declares independence anytime soon, expect Russia to react very forcefully and with a lot volume. Kosovo very likely could be the story of the year.....stay tuned in......

This is his first piece, from the city of Nizhny Novgorod. *
