I don't have the skills to break Foucault down for anyone. I have a hard enough time figuring this stuff out for myself. But shag and others here do have the ability. In the limited time she has shag has given some good answers to you and to Charles. I can't do a better job than she and others do at that.
My pesky little contribution to this is to keep pointing out that it's not really fair or helpful to pull out a few quotes and then use them to sum up and then tear down complex conceptions.
