I'm guessing most of you have seen the extremely sleazy hit piece Penn & Teller did on Chomsky on their aptly named Bullshit! show. Basically, someone on their staff interviewed Chomsky (or maybe it was them; it didn't clearly show who it was, but it was someone with their show). Rather than confront Chomsky directly, they saved all their criticism for when they were away from him, back in their studio, interrupting the taped segment of him answering questions with their own "safely away from that guy" interpolations at opportune moments.
"Notice what Chomsky just did there!" etc. is what they would interject with, pausing the tape. A-ha!
Fuck them.

Dennis Claxton quoted Penn Jillette, who wrote:
"There are smart, famous and groovy speakers such as Richard Dawkins, Christopher Hitchens, Trey Parker and Matt Stone. There's lots of real science stuff with real scientists questioning things that a lot of people take for granted, like ESP, UFOs, faith healing and creationism. It's a party."
