ROME, June 28 (Reuters) - Near-bankrupt Italian airline Alitalia (AZPIa.MI: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) faces its last chance to avoid collapse with an upcoming rescue effort, Chairman Aristide Police told shareholders on Saturday.
