MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian car maker GAZ plans to create a $1 billion 
jointventure with General Motors (GM.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock 
Buzz),
the director of GAZ's GAZA.RTS light vehicles unit Leonid Dolgov said on
