By the way, the CDBG was created during the Ford administration.

^^^^ CB: If Barry gets elected, that mass vote for him will be enough pressure from below for him to put more money in CDBG, not really that radical of a move, and other mildly pro urban stuff. Obama isn't making radical promises, which is why it won't be that hard for him to actually do them, assuming the people vote in a Democratic Congress ( which would be another push from below). We don't have to have the 60's again for the next President to move to the left of Bush.

It is you who interprets "change" as socialism, not anything he has promised.
