Why is it that in these conversations, no one accounts for the fact that of the "urban working class, especially men and women of colour," more than half of "them" DON'T vote! And in nonpresidential elections, way more than half of "them" don't vote. It's as if nonvoters don't exist, and what they are practicing can't in any way be politics.
