Presumably, they were referring to the "Anarchist Cookbook" or some similar text. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Anarchist_Cookbook) whose connections with anarchism are rather tenouous at best. I doubt that they were referring to the writings of Bakunin, Bookchin, or own ChuckO.
