Everything Dwayne says is right on this--I've got experience in this
field, but not so much as he has--but I'm going to make one statement
in support of Woj's point of view: There is a lot of so-called data
mining which might better be called cherry picking, quite a bit of it
in the social sciences, where Woj has his expertise.
It's just that it's not the case in retail marketing.
