If this is his "best" he's close to senile. It was a complete capitulation. No return of the bodies and materials stolen by the invaders. No reparations. No agreement to an international presence to guarantee the release of Ingrid Betancourt et. al., and no mention by Fidel of Ingrid or the women shamefully snubbed by his friends. No measures to prevent a repetition and expansion of Uribe/Bush piracy. No condemnation by Fidel of the disgraceful statements by the three US presidential candidates. What a travesty!
