If what he says is true there would be no reason to call off the vote-- 
the workers supposedly want SEIU, according to him, so why would SEIU  
not
be able to refute the "false and misleading" messages?  In a labor  
movement worthy of the name, both unions would sign up and represent  
those who choose them and bargain jointly if possible or severally if  
necessary.  That's how its done in France!
