Right, I get what the CNA says -- but what do you yourself think? Why is it that SEIU's press releases feature quotes from actual CHP workers, but what the CNA issues only has comments from CNA functionaries and their institutional allies?

BTW, a little birdie has told me that the CNA "collaborated" with Tenet Healthcare and the "Bush administration's" NLRB and just filed for an election for RNs in Houston. SEIU is not on the ballot, and the conduct of both the union and the employer are governed by a "back room deal" -- or a private election agreement -- the details of which were negotiated in secret between those two parties, without the participation the RNs who get to vote.

Hypocrisy doesn't begin to describe what the CNA has done in Ohio. Nevertheless I hope the RNs in Houston win their union. It's a huge problem for all hospital workers wanting to unionize that the CNA can't reciprocate that same sentiment.
