Yesterday, I spoke to a campaign manager for a local (California Bay Area) state legislative campaign This political operative recently moved out here from the East Coast (Boston). He said that his East Coast contacts are speculating that the politically ambitious New York State AG, Andrew Cuomo, somehow had a hand in bringing Spitzer down.  SR
