A bombing carried out by the US, I believe. EU diplomacy was what finally
ended the dreadful Yugoslaughter.

The EU has a token force there, but has mostly tried to do the right
thing, by abstaining from the US strategy of senselessly bombing the
Pashtuns into mass insurgency. Germany refuses to commit more troops, and
the Dutch are leaving in 2010.
