I'm not sure they would. Credit Unions are pretty much what you want, but they have a bad name and have a hard time attracting depositors. No idea why. But it's easy to find bucketloads of people who bank at places like Bank of America or Wells Fargo who bitch and moan about lousy service and high fees, when they aren't really doing much banking at all and ought to be at a Credit Union.
