MOSCOW/SULAIMANIYA, Iraq, March 25 (Reuters) - Russia's No. 2 oil firm, LUKOIL (LKOH.MM: Quote, Profile, Research), said on Tuesday it wants to set up a working group to help revive a Saddam Hussein-era oil deal in Iraq.
