My opthamologist pointed out to me this morning that from now on driving
is too great a financial risk to take. He has had patients with my
vision (20/200 corrected) bankrupted by accidents in which they were not
remotely at fault.

So no more driving, and in a location where almost nothing is within
walking distance and where public transportation is iffy.

Great fun.
