Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has said that Vietnam will create favourable conditions for foreign investors, including those from the US, to foster long-term efficient investment in the country.
The PM made this statement while meeting with representatives of the US Russell 20-20 Association in Hanoi on October 31.
