Thanks for the hint, interesting reading, but strange too, with pointilistic relations to selected facts only.

For example: The Seymour Melman position on military spending is dicussed in David Golds paper (http://www.gpia.info/files/u1/wp/2005-01.pdf) with quite different results.

And to see the core of marxian value theory in the reproduction of labor power is tantamount to accepting the neo-ricardian concept of physical real cost, taking away already on the theoretical level the importance of labor time. So it is not surprising to see the surplus labor-profit-link ignored and a stagnationist view of modern capitalism established. A quite special view of capitalist economics: many struggles, less work.
