MOSCOW, November 6 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's international reserves declined by $71.468 billion to $484.6 billion in October, the Central Bank said on Thursday.
The country's international reserves that include gold and foreign currency shrank by $25.57 billion in September and $14.3 billion in August against their steady growth in the previous months of the year. http://en.rian.ru/russia/20081106/118166875.html
