It would be nice if those who have some say in this matter would graciously for whatever reason grant that xmas wish.

Wnen you speak of "pursuing" it you imply some potential pursurer. Who? What? How? My essential argument is that _we_ (radicals) simply do not exist as a collective entity, and that as individuals our relationship to what goes on in D.C. is the same as the relationship of the crowd in the bleachers to what happens on the playing field.

What can we, as isolated individuals or small local groups not necessarily aware of each others' existence, do to constitute ourselves over the next few years as a coherent entity within which useful debate over strategy, tactics, & program can/could take place.
