Increasing numbers of Vietnamese people are to be sent to Israel for on-site agricultural training in accordance with a recent co-operation agreement signed by the Ramat Negev Research and Development Centre (RNDAC) of Israel and the Vietnamese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD).
