That's change I can believe in!

Now, a word problem. James is an employer who sadly needs to make some budget cuts. James lays off 202 employees, bringing his total workforce to 950. What percentage of his original workforce did James lay off?

Answer: 17%, not "more than 20%" as the article claims.
