This is trivial. It has been standard practice for 60+ years for CIA, NSA, DIA, etc. to gather intelligence information on evryone and everything. Nothing at all new in this. When I was with NSA it exchanged information with British sources AND spied on those sources at the same time. That was under Truman and Eisenhower.
