What you think, feel, will, and act are not rationally determined, because thinking, feeling, willing, and acting presuppose something called "desire," such as the extremely irrational desires to avoid pain and eat things. There is no rational reason to do anything whatsoever. A purely rational being would sit in a corner and nothing at all.
