I simply do not kow what people are talkig about when they speak of "alienatio from nature" or (Joanna's phrase) "our relationship to nature." Joanna also speaks of alienated labor, which makes sense if speaking of _social_ relations but no sense at all if identified with "harmoious terms with the earth," which is meaingless to me.
How can one be alieanated from oe's ownn hand or foot or hair or lips -- they are nature. In fact it is a simple oxymoron to speak of separation from nature. It obscures the corruptio of _human social relationns" (which have nothinng to do with a separable nature) to yammer about nature.
