Are you serious? Is anyone here aware of any medical plan, especially an employer paid one, that covers cosmetic surgery or hair transplants? I'm not.
I did once refer to my partner's insurance as 'gold plated', but that was a reference to how completely covered the bone marrow transplant was covered (at arguably the best cancer hospital on the planet).
