Doug, understand the following. Politics in Russia is NOT interesting
in the conventional sense. I find this regretable. However, society
here is left to do what it wants and pleases. Hardly anyone in Russia
cares about politics because politics doesn't enter thier lives. 

Your comment on Putin as being like Stalin makes me think you watch too
much CNN and FOX. In Russia there is no real state ideology to
critique. Here it is only about money. Society is left to its own
devices. 

Tell me Doug, are you afraid to come Russia? Are you afraid of the myths MSM tell you about this place? 

I find this interesting, Doug do you still fear being judged by your
stance toward Russia? Wow, the Cold War has never ended - its fear
never ends!!!! As I posted before, somethings never change.
