On Fri, 17 Oct 2008, Patrick Buchanan was quoted quoting the National Journal saying Obama was the most liberal member of the Senate and Biden was the third most liberal:
These National Journal rating are such a transparent crock of shit. Like clockwork, whoever the Dems put up for president is always somehow nominated by their scientific system the most liberal member of the Senate. In 2004 they swore it was John Kerry. And in 2000 they swore that when he was in the Senate, it was Al Gore. And all three 3 times it was a absurd crock.
This is the advantage to owning the WSJ: no matter how absurd what you say is, it gets quoted as a coming from a reliable source.
