[lbo-talk] Russia is still a workers state

Well that seems to be a far fetched attempt to hold onto the Russian Question even when it is no longer relevent. Russia is a capitalist state with some sectors still nationalized. Along with the West it is moving (from neo-liberalism) into a new period of capitalism which I am labeling neo-state capitalism in which the state nationalizes more and more of failed sectors such as finance.
