I think the POINT of a place like Target is to look smashing for very little
money. Anyone  female who wants regular person cred should definitely have
some Target items in the wardrobe.

There are of course two issues here, whether men would be subjected to the
same fashionista scrutiny as women and whether the required looks are
financed by campaign funds.
